Join us in the Townsville Community Action Plan (CAP)

Want to contribute to the development of a project to benefit our local waterways and Reef? We’re keen to hear from you.

As part of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation’s Community Action Plan (CAP) Program and with Reef Ecologic we’re co-leading a Townsville CAP that will see community- and Traditional Owner-led projects receive real funding and support.

“The CAP empowers the Townsville community to take real action on issues it believes are important, while also raising awareness about how our waterways, Reef, and people are critically interconnected,” says our Executive Officer.

Project ideas and contribution to draft CAP roadmaps are now invited. Learn more here.
