'Partnering to improve the values of our catchments and Reef'
The Townsville Dry Tropics Partnership for Healthy Waters is a new initiative made up of stakeholders from industry, scientific research groups, education, community and all levels of government.
The Partnership produces annual Report Cards that provide our community with an independent picture on the health of our waterways and Reef.
The waterways of Townsville include all freshwater, estuaries and coastal waters that link the land to the outer Great Barrier Reef.
The Report Card will help guide future planning and investment into waterway, marine catchment and Reef health.
